Bent Cirrus

I’m pretty sure these are cirrus clouds. Not entirely sure; just pretty sure.

I took this a few days ago when I went out to try and get shots of birds at some time around sunset. Only took the 70-200 with me as I was only planning on taking photos of birds. Bit of a mistake, that was.

This particular strand of clouds was quite massive and beautiful, especially whilst capturing light from the sunset. Unfortunately this is only part of the strand, but it is the part I found most interesting.

There’s a softness of colour and shape that I think works nicely in helping this feel relaxed.

I think the clouds almost look like they form a pathway leading to nowhere in particular.

I hope you enjoy.

About Stupidity Hole

I'm some guy that does stuff. Hoping to one day fill the internet with enough insane ramblings to impress a cannibal rat ship. I do more than I probably should. I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out. I also co-run Culture Eater, an online zine for covering the arts among other things. We're on Patreon!
