Looking Outward From Inside the Tunnel

I’ve taken photos of this tunnel before.

I’ve also spent many a brief period in the afternoon traversing through it, but that’s something I’ll get into another time.

I like how the light comes through in a way that almost seems to be like reaching in, or trying to reach in.

I think that it makes for a good contrast with the shadow. It makes the outside appear almost too bright.

I also like how there’s a bit of flora growing in the tunnel. It’s just a nice thing to see.

This is my submission into Leanne Cole‘s photo challenge for last week.

The theme for this one is “Doors and Gates”.

I suggest checking out Leanne’s photography, as well as checking out what other people submit into the challenge.

You can find the challenges here.

I hope you enjoy.

About Stupidity Hole

I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out. I also co-run Culture Eater, an online zine for covering the arts among other things. We're on Patreon!

The previous one was looking scary but this one walking towards light and hope. Nice take.
