Gradual Spread Across the Dune

Here’s a shot with some clustering vegetation on the dunes near Hawks Nest.

This probably has a bit to do with the angle of the shot, but the vegetation appears to be spreading outward on a line rather than spread out.

Well, the closer bit anyway. The vegetation farther away seems to be a bit more spread out.

I like that everything in this shot is well-defined. It’s clear where everything sits, what it is.

I also like how uniform the sand appears and how it almost renders part of the image in a minimal form, or at least gives the impression of.
