Saturday Evening Flow

Last Saturday after work I was hanging around The Footbridge Theatre.

The reason being that I had my tripod and was aiming to get some photos of the sunset somewhere in the city, but it was too cloudy for the sunset to really come through. However, I didn’t want the evening to be a missed opportunity and so stopped off here on the way home.

It had been a couple of years since I last took photos here and the last time was in the morning, so… photos.

I think that the “Lines” are really strong and distinct in these photos.
There’s a really good idea of how the traffic was moving as well as how much of it passed through the frame.

I do think that the photos are a little too bright in parts, but overall I think they represent the commute in this area quite well.

This is my submission into The Daily Post‘s photo challenge for this week.

I hope you enjoy.

Especially love the top one, but of course I’m a sucker for background sunsets 🙂
