Morning Light Spills Over Cabin

This was taken on the last morning of the recent field trip to Smiths Lake.

It was a bright source that lead to an “Awakening” of no one, as no one was sleeping in the far end of this cabin.

I think that the lens I was using had some sort of smudge on the front that I could not see which lead to the photo looking the way it does, but I also think that it works.

I like how the morning light just seems to billow over the cabin, almost as though the cabin is going to be consumed.

This is my submission into The Daily Post‘s photo challenge for this week.

I hope you enjoy.

About Stupidity Hole

I'm some guy that does stuff. Hoping to one day fill the internet with enough insane ramblings to impress a cannibal rat ship. I do more than I probably should. I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out. I also co-run Culture Eater, an online zine for covering the arts among other things. We're on Patreon!
