Bad Poetry

I was churning out lyrics the other day.
It was mostly fragments and ideas to work on.

I ended up with this sequence.
It reads like really bad poetry.

Maybe you’ll get a laugh out of this.
If it makes you turn away in disgust, I apologise.

If it’s not what it appears to be
Then it might be a stone nimbus
A porous pious man
Feels uncertainty blow through

If you burn out
Will they sing and remember you?

Hollow out my eyes
For they are ignorant
I hung my head up
When they were impolite

If you don’t know the answer,
Don’t ask the question

It spoke to me
And beckoned the desert
It welcomed me
With open arms

A desolate land
Fresh with life

About stupidityhole

I'm some guy that does stuff. The standards. Creating amazing effigies, scaling mountains using my feet only and replacing the very fabric of reality. Serious time! I enjoy writing. I make music in some of my spare time. Currently working somewhat full time and studying as well. Also working on self-improvement. Hoping to one day fill the internet with enough insane ramblings to impress a cannibal rat ship. I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out.
